Founded in 2023, TCUK was born from a passion for social camping - bringing families, friends, and adventurers together in a fun and relaxed environment. We honour that tradition while moving it forward through what we now call Community Camping.
Community Camping takes everything that made social camping great - shared laughter, laid-back vibes, and a real sense of togetherness - and elevates it. Our meets focus on quality over quantity, designed to be genuinely memorable - whether it’s a themed weekend packed with entertainment or a peaceful retreat to unwind and reconnect with nature.
We offer affordable, mostly off-grid camping in beautiful, handpicked locations - always with a warm, welcoming community spirit at the heart of it all.

Unlike traditional clubs, we focus on quality over quantity. That means fewer meets, but each one is carefully planned to offer something special - whether that’s live entertainment, games for the kids, social evenings, or just the chance to relax in stunning surroundings. And of course, we also host quiet meets for those who prefer a slower pace.

Top Camping UK (TCUK) was born in Yorkshire, where our passion for social camping first took shape. Since then, we’ve expanded, welcoming new members and growing into a nationwide community of like-minded campers.
Today, TCUK is made up of three active areas—Yorkshire, North East, and Midlands—each running their own meets, organised by dedicated volunteer committees. Every area offers its own unique camping experiences, from lively themed events to laid-back retreats, all while staying true to the spirit of TCUK.
